Great to be here! I co-run a holistic clinic with my partner in Swannanoa, North Carolina, serving this community with the beautiful preventative and palliative approaches of Ancient Chinese Medicine. I also work online with those not local to North Carolina with customized health coaching care. I specialize in hard to identify health challenges in both in person and online work, working with a customized treatment plan most often involving Acupuncture, various forms of bodywork including Polarity Therapy, Tuina Massage, Shiatsu Massage and Craniosacral Therapy, personalized herbal medicine and a range of modalities best suited to your needs. I offer 15 minute free phone consults to see if we are the right fit whether you're seeking support locally or from afar! A bit about me: I've been practicing a range of holistic modalities for 20+ years, received my Chinese Medicine license in 2018, and have been practicing Chinese Medicine ever since in Oregon, New Mexico, Florida and now North Carolina. My passions are at-home herbal making, creating customized wellness for patients and clients, watching Nebraska football, and spending time with my partner Meghan and our toddler boy. Fun Fact: After growing up in Nebraska and Colorado, I was fascinated by politics, and started working in DC both during and out of college. I worked in Federal Elections for 15 years starting in my early 20s in DC while studying holistic medicine on the side. While I now love a more low key life with my family in the Blue Ridge Mountains, I absolutely loved the fast-paced political city of DC for all those years and love to chat all things freedom, health and politics.
