About the owner, Andrea Fry Andrea Fry, M.Ed is a 500-hour Registered Yoga Teacher who weaves together yin yoga, restorative practices, and crystal singing bowls to create deeply nourishing Yoga Sound Baths. With over 25 years of teaching, movement and energy balancing, Andrea holds space with clarity, warmth, and care—inviting students into stillness, resonance, and a renewed sense of inner calm.
