Winged Mermaid Journals are for heart revolutionaries and bringers of change for a more peaceful and authentic world, starting from the inside out. Keeping multiple notebooks throughout my life has personally helped me on so many levels, which is where the idea of Winged Mermaid began. Writing songs, poems, goals, and gratitude has been uplifting and empowering. It has helped me recognize my emotions and see the bigger picture, feel clarity and let my insights flow. I am able to release and let go, make important connections between thoughts and feelings, and honor a relationship with myself. May everyone who uses these journals have blessings and bliss.
