Peaceful Passage Support Services
Compassionate Coordination for Families Navigating End-of-Life Care
Offered by: Kait McEwen
Independent End-of-Life Support & Wellness Coordinator
About My Services
I support families and loved ones of individuals in palliative or end-of-life care by offering compassionate, non-clinical assistance. My role is to reduce overwhelm, ease the day-to-day, and create more space for presence, connection, and peace.
I do not offer medical or hands-on caregiving support. Instead, I focus on practical coordination, emotional presence, and grounding logistics to help families feel held during an often disorienting time.
Unlike a death doula, whose work often focuses on spiritual companionship and direct support during the dying process, I provide non-clinical, coordination-based assistance for families. From scheduling to vendor logistics, I help manage the practical details of end-of-life care, allowing loved ones to stay grounded and emotionally connected throughout the process.
How I Can Help
Coordinating hospice schedules, wellness visits, or supportive services
Communicating with care teams, clergy, or family members
Organizing transportation, errands, meal planning, or overnight care services
Sourcing holistic vendors (grief counselors, energy workers, doulas, music therapy, etc.)
Creating calming spaces at home (aromatherapy, light touch, environmental support)
Assisting with paperwork (DNR, directives, legacy planning)
Supporting with memorial preparation or vendor coordination if needed
Why I Do This Work
I believe no one should have to navigate the sacred, vulnerable process of dying alone—or overwhelmed. I offer my presence, my organization, and my heart to help you carry what’s heavy, so you can focus on love, connection, and meaningful goodbyes.
