Lets listen together to allow your body to Speak, Unwind, Release and Exhale. Session can take place in my home or yours where you lay fully clothed on a massage table. Outdoor sessions are an option weather permitting. Children, teens and adults can all benefit from CST, and I'd be honored to partner with you on your journey to health.
