Welcome to Breathin’ with Stephen, where the breath is used as the driving force to elevate what needs to be felt through somatic expressions to alchemize + heal what no longer serves. After enough expression occurs you’ll have the nervous system capacity to consciously choose your state at any given moment – to activate or to relax.
