I’ve spent the last 20 years searching for truth in what it means to be well. I went from having a long list of chronic health issues that interfered with my quality of life, to healing layer by layer by getting to root cause. It’s been a beautiful, and sometimes painful, unfolding. It started with physical healing and has spiraled inward to emotional, mental, and spiritual healing. All leading me to quantum biology where a bridge of understanding is being built to connect physical and energetic, bringing a sense of tangible to the spiritual. My practice is to hold space for people as they take the road less travelled asking the hard questions, opening to new paradigms, and then providing my education and personal experience as guideposts to assist each person in finding the answers by connecting to their own endogenous wisdom. Empowerment to discover their path forward so that they own it. I’m certified in Applied Quantum Biology, Ayurvedic nutrition, Transformational/Transpersonal coaching, and Energy Medicine Yoga.
